I am a Mainah (Mainer). I was born in Greenville and have lived in Maine all my life, ayuh. I reside in Central Maine (Waldo County) with my wife of 24 years (she’s a Mainah too) and the youngest of our two sons (another Mainah) and a graduating senior, yes sir mistah. Our oldest boy (he’s a Mainah too) bought his own home over in Kenneybec (Kennebec) county a couple of years ago, ayuh. And was he impressed with his REALTAH! (REALTOR), also known as Dear Old Dad.
And so....You see, some years back I worked as a buildah (builder) and I got this idea that it might be easier to sell homes than to build them. So I went to the local college and got a Mahketing (Marketing) degree. There were some awful nice folks there and one of the things they taught me was that in business, people are your biggest assets. They said if you put people first you’ll do all right. Then I graduated from the Maine Real Estate Training Academy in Naples, Maine. That’s how I came to be a Real Estate agent, and I liked it so much that since then I’ve taken the necessary steps to be an Associate Brokah (Broker). It’s a wicked good business and I’ve sold everything from waterfront homes to commercial properties, factories to fahms (farms).
